Seamless online order and pick-up. The online order process was easy, with the most challenging part being to leave stuff out of my cart. Selected to pick up the gear from their store, even though delivery would have been free. I promptly received an email that the order was ready for collection. I'm very happy with the quality of the gear. Will order again.
