What is the difference between Payflex, ZeroPay, and Happy Pay?
All three let you split your purchase into smaller payments instead of paying the full amount upfront. Payflex splits your total into 3 or 4 interest-free payments, ZeroPay splits it into 3 interest-free payments starting today, and Happy Pay lets you pay zero deposit upfront and settle the rest over your next 2 paydays. Which one suits you best usually comes down to your preferred payment schedule and each provider's own approval process.
Is there any interest or extra fees when I split my payment?
Payflex, ZeroPay, and Happy Pay are all built as interest-free instalment plans when you pay on schedule. CameraStuff doesn't add a surcharge for choosing one of these options over paying in full. Any fees for a missed or late payment are set by the provider, not by CameraStuff, so it's worth checking their own terms before you check out.
Do I need to qualify or get approved to use these payment options?
Yes. Payflex, ZeroPay, Happy Pay, Mobicred, Float, and RCS are each run by an independent provider, and every purchase using one of these methods is subject to that provider's own approval process and terms. CameraStuff doesn't decide whether you're approved, the provider does, usually within moments at checkout.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Because these are third-party payment plans, missed payment terms, fees, and processes are set and managed by the provider you chose, not by CameraStuff. Check the specific provider's terms and conditions at checkout, or on their own website, before confirming your plan.
Which payment methods does CameraStuff accept?
CameraStuff accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, EFT, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay for paying in full, alongside Payflex, ZeroPay, Happy Pay, Mobicred, Float, and RCS if you'd rather split your purchase over time, and MoneyBadger if you'd rather pay with cryptocurrency. You can also settle up in person at our Blairgowrie store.
Can I pay with cryptocurrency at CameraStuff?
Yes. CameraStuff accepts crypto payments through MoneyBadger, which lets you check out using Bitcoin and other supported cryptocurrencies at the same price as any other payment method. Your payment is converted and settled the same way any other order is, so there's no separate process for browsing or checking out.
Can I use a payment plan on any product at CameraStuff?
Most products qualify, but availability of a specific payment method can depend on your basket total and the provider's own rules, since each one sets its own minimum and maximum spend. You'll see which options are available to you at checkout.
