How to Use Affiliate Links

  • Register to get your unique affiliate code or referral ID.
  • Add your code to any CameraStuff URL (e.g., https://www.camerastuff.co.za/shop/?a_aid=yourcode).
  • Use the Deeplink Generator in your Affiliate Panel.
  • Clients must click your link and purchase online to earn a commission.
  • In-store sales, pending orders, or personal purchases via your link don’t count.
  • Earn a 10% commission on the sale value (excluding VAT).
  • Cookie tracking is valid for 60 days.
  • Commission payouts are processed monthly.



Promotion Tips

  • Write product reviews with your affiliate link.
  • Start a blog and include affiliate links in your posts.
  • Email your audience with offers (comply with anti-spam laws).
  • Create a dedicated site that reviews CameraStuff products.
  • Upload video reviews to YouTube with your affiliate links in the description.
  • Share CameraStuff products on social media using your affiliate link.
  • Create educational videos, gear demos, or unboxings featuring CameraStuff items.



Terms & Conditions

1. Registration and Participation

  • Register to receive your unique affiliate code.
  • Use this code in your CameraStuff URLs (e.g., ?a_aid=yourcode).
  • Use the Deeplink Generator for accurate tracking and better results.

2. Promotion Guidelines

  • PPC ads are allowed, but using CameraStuff’s direct URL in Google Ads is not permitted.
  • Promote on websites, blogs, social media, or via email; follow anti-spam laws.

3. Earning Commissions

  • Only online purchases through your affiliate link qualify for commission.
  • In-store purchases or your own purchases via your link do not count.
  • You’ll earn a 10% commission on the sale value, excluding VAT.
  • The last-clicked affiliate link determines who earns the commission.

4. Tracking and Payments

  • The system tracks referrals using cookies and IP address data.
  • Commissions are paid monthly (by the 15th) once you’ve earned R500 or more.
  • Smaller balances roll over to the next month.

5. Behaviour and Compliance

  • CameraStuff expects ethical conduct at all times.
  • We reserve the right to remove affiliates without notice.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Deceptive methods like click fraud or cookie stuffing are strictly prohibited.

7. Brand Representation

  • Do not make false claims about CameraStuff. Follow branding and tone guidelines.

8. Confidentiality

  • All affiliate terms, performance metrics, and earnings are confidential.

9. Intellectual Property

  • You may use CameraStuff’s trademarks only for affiliate promotion purposes.

10. Compliance with Laws

  • Follow all relevant advertising laws, including GDPR for EU-based traffic.

11. Taxes

  • Affiliates are responsible for declaring and paying their own taxes.

12. Indemnification

  • Affiliates agree to indemnify CameraStuff from any third-party claims or legal disputes.
