The ZGCINE DT-NPF is a 60cm braided dummy battery cable that powers Sony NP-F-powered gear from a D-Tap supply, for continuous power during video recording or live broadcast.

One end is an NP-F-shaped dummy battery that slots into any device that takes a Sony NP-F battery, such as LED lights and monitors, and the other is a rotating male D-Tap connector that plugs into a V-mount or other D-Tap battery. It takes an 8 to 16.8V input and outputs a regulated 8.4V at 3A, so your gear runs continuously without draining an NP-F pack.

Ideal for: videographers and content creators powering NP-F lights, monitors, and accessories from a larger D-Tap battery on long shoots and in the studio.

NP-F batteries run down during long shoots, forcing interruptions to swap them. Drawing from a larger D-Tap power source instead keeps your light or monitor running continuously. The male D-Tap rotates 180° for flexible routing, and an anti-reverse insertion indicator light confirms the connection is the right way round. Built-in protection guards against overvoltage, overheating, and overcharge short circuits.
