Product Description
The Newell HDMI to HDMI 2.1 cable is a 2 metre graphite lead that carries video up to 8K at 60Hz and 4K at 120Hz with data transfer up to 48Gbps, for connecting cameras, monitors, consoles, and home theatre gear.
Built around HDMI 2.1, the cable handles the high resolutions and refresh rates that modern displays support, with gold-plated contacts and a tin-plated copper core for stable signal transmission. A double nylon fibre braid resists tangling, and aluminium alloy housings protect the plugs, backed by a rated life of more than 30,000 bend cycles at the tips.
Ideal for: photographers and videographers connecting cameras to external monitors and recorders, plus anyone linking consoles, Blu-ray and DVD players, set-top boxes, projectors, TVs, monitors, and laptops.
An underspecified cable can bottleneck a high-resolution display or drop advanced audio, which shows up as reduced detail, stutter, or missing sound formats. This cable carries the full HDMI 2.1 feature set: eARC for high-definition audio including Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, DTS-HD MA, and Dolby TrueHD; VRR to match refresh rate to frame rate for smoother motion; ALLM to switch a TV into low-latency game mode automatically; and QMS and QFT to cut black screens and lag when content changes. It is backward compatible, so it also works with devices on earlier HDMI standards.
