The Neewer NW Series S is a True Colors 2-in-1 variable ND (ND3 to ND64) and CPL filter in one 72mm unit, giving photographers and videographers control over both exposure and reflections without switching filters.
This hybrid filter combines a neutral density and a circular polariser, saving space and time versus carrying two separate filters. Multi-coated HD optical glass delivers true-to-life colour straight out of the camera, and an integrated hand knob makes one-handed adjustment quick.
Ideal for: landscape, travel, and portrait photographers and videographers who shoot in bright conditions and want to manage harsh light and reflections from a single filter with a lighter bag.
Carrying and swapping separate ND and CPL filters is slow and risks missing the moment, leading to overexposed images, washed-out skies, or distracting reflections. This filter handles both: the variable ND adjusts from 1.5 to 6 stops by rotating the hand knob, so you can use wider apertures in bright light, achieve shallow depth of field, or create motion blur, while the CPL reduces glare from water, glass, and foliage for deeper skies and richer colour. An ultra-slim CNC-machined aluminium frame helps prevent vignetting. Note: avoid rotating past the marked ND stops (which can cause cross-vignetting), and the integrated hand knob means a lens hood cannot be fitted over the filter.
