✓ Store these rings in a pouch or small container to prevent them from getting scratched or dusty.
✓ Carry the set with you in your camera bag so you always have the right adapter when you need it.
✗ Don't force a ring onto a lens or filter. If it feels tight, you likely have the wrong size, and forcing it could damage your gear.
✗ Don't leave a step-up ring attached to your lens when you're not using a filter, as it can be difficult to remove later.
✗ Don't forget that step-up rings can only convert a smaller lens size to a larger filter size, not the other way around.
