Common Dos and Don'ts
✓ Do try bounce flash by tilting the head up towards a white ceiling or wall for softer, more natural light.
✓ Do check the battery indicator on the LCD panel often, especially when shooting at high power, to ensure you don't run out of charge mid-session.
✓ Do use the built-in radio system to experiment with off-camera lighting; even placing the flash just 2 metres away can dramatically improve your lighting control.
✗ Don't forget to use the wide-angle diffuser when shooting at a focal length wider than 24 mm to ensure even light coverage.
✗ Don't use alkaline or nickel-metal hydride (NiMH) batteries in this unit- it is designed exclusively for the provided lithium battery pack.
✗ Don't rely solely on TTL mode; switch to Manual when shooting in a consistent environment to gain finer control over your exposure.
