- 60-Day Guarantee: Return within 60 days in resellable condition for refund/exchange.
- Requirements: Include original packaging, accessories, manuals. Incomplete returns incur a 35% fee.
- Our Fault: We cover return shipping; provide photos of damage. Refund/replacement after assessment.
- Your Fault: You cover return shipping; refunds exclude original shipping.
- Limits: Max 3 returns per 12 months; additional returns may incur a 10% fee.

- Warranty Periods: Godox (2 years), Newell (40 months), Suneast Memory Cards (5 years), Suneast Card Readers (2 years), Neewer (2 years), Others (1 year).
- Local Warranty: Handled at CameraStuff store in South Africa for faster service. Assessments take 3–5 working days.
- Not Covered: Consumables (flash tubes, modelling lamps), backdrops, or damage from accidents, improper use, or natural wear.

- Delivery Options: Collect at Johannesburg shop (free) or door-to-door courier (2–4 business days).
- Delivery Costs: JHB/Pretoria (R80), Major Cities (R120), Outlying Areas (R240).
- In-Store Collection: Notify in advance, select "Collection" at checkout, provide order number.
- Courier: Weekday shipments from Johannesburg, tracking provided.
- Free Delivery: On orders over a R1,000 (unless specified otherwise)
- Uber Collection: Notify via WhatsApp/chat, 2-hour prep, weekday cut-off 3 PM, client pays Uber fees, no insurance.
- International Purchases: No shipping outside South Africa, in-store purchases preferred, no VAT-free invoices, SWIFT payments (over R5,000) required for non-card payments.
- Returns/Warranty: International customers must return items to store; no cross-border shipping or VAT assistance.
