Product Description
The Godox Litemons LA600Bi-K1 is a 600W bi-colour COB LED monolight with a Bowens mount and a 2800K to 6500K range, delivering up to 212,500 lux at 1 metre with the included BR30 reflector, and it ships with a carry case.
This powerful 600W fixture adds depth and variety to photography and video, with 11 special effects and CRI 95 and TLCI 95 for accurate colour on camera. A U-bracket yoke and Bowens S mount add mounting and modifier flexibility, and three fan modes (auto, medium, high) keep it cool through long productions.
Ideal for: content creators, vloggers, and video productions that need high-output, colour-accurate bi-colour light with professional control.
Getting powerful, clean output across warm to daylight usually means a large, expensive fixture. The LA600Bi-K1 delivers a bare output of 25,500 lux at 1 metre (5600K) rising to 212,500 lux with the reflector, adjustable from 2800K to 6500K with 0 to 100% dimming. Control it onboard, over wired DMX/RDM, or wirelessly via Bluetooth and the Godox Light app up to 60 metres away, and power it from the included AC/DC adapter.

Godox LA600 FAQs
The Godox Litemons LA600Bi and LA600R are heavy-duty 600W COB LED video lights built for professional filmmakers, commercial studios, broadcast sets, music video directors, and high-end portrait photographers:
- Who They Are For: Designed for gaffers, cinematographers, and studio owners who require intense continuous output to punch through dense diffusion, project light through windows, or illuminate large commercial sets.
- Pro 600W Output Class: Both fixtures deliver extreme illuminance throw for long-distance lighting setups using the included BR30 reflector.
- Pro Colour Quality: Deliver clean, true-to-life colour rendering with CRI 95 and TLCI 95 ratings to ensure natural skin tones on camera.
- Advanced Wireless & DMX Controls: Features DMX console control, onboard controls, and Bluetooth app control via the Godox Light app with fast one-tap NFC device pairing.
- Universal Bowens S-Mount: Directly mounts large parabolic softboxes, octaboxes, lanterns, and optical projection attachments.
Choosing between the LA600Bi and LA600R comes down to whether your set requires maximum white-light brightness or full-spectrum creative colour control:
- Colour Spectrum & Modes: The LA600Bi is a dedicated bi-colour fixture adjustable from 2800K to 6500K for white-light production. The LA600R is a full RGB-WW fixture offering an expanded 1800K to 10,000K CCT range, full 360-degree colour hue tuning, green/magenta tint adjustment, HSI, and GEL emulation.
- Lux Output Comparison: The LA600Bi produces higher raw white-light output, delivering 212,500 lux at 1 metre (at 5600K with BR30 reflector). The LA600R delivers 141,000 lux at 1 metre (at 5600K with BR30 reflector).
- Creative Lighting FX: The LA600Bi includes 11 special lighting effects, while the LA600R includes 14 animated FX presets (including RGB cycle and party modes).
- Recommendation: Select the LA600Bi if your primary focus is key lighting talent with maximum white-light output. Select the LA600R if you need creative background colour washes, GEL matching, or music video aesthetics.
Comparing the LA600-series fixtures to the LE600Bi highlights key differences in output power, thermal design, and power architecture:
- Lux Output Gap: The LA600Bi leads the class with 212,500 lux at 1 metre, followed by the LA600R at 141,000 lux at 1 metre (both with BR30 reflector). By comparison, the LE600Bi produces approximately 101,000 lux at 1 metre with reflector.
- Thermal Management: The LA600Bi and LA600R utilize high-performance copper radiator fins to dissipate heat rapidly, allowing their LED engines to be driven much harder. The LE600Bi uses aluminum radiator fins optimized for quiet, budget-friendly studio operation.
- Power Architecture: The LA600Bi and LA600R use external 48V DC power supply bricks that allow for optional battery power in the field. The LE600Bi integrates its AC power supply directly inside the light housing for a clean, single-cable wall connection.
- Summary: Choose the LA600Bi or LA600R for higher brightness, copper cooling, and off-grid battery capability. Choose the LE600Bi for an all-in-one single-cable AC studio key light with silent cooling.
Both the LA600Bi and LA600R feature a versatile 48V power architecture suited for studio grid mounting or mobile location sets:
- Mains AC Studio Power (Included): Supplied with an external 100V-240V AC to 48V DC power adapter brick and power cable to run continuously off standard wall sockets.
- Off-Grid Battery Power (Sold Separately): Feature a heavy-duty 3-pin XLR 48V DC input port on each fixture. For location shoots away from wall power, you can power the lights using an optional 48V DC battery power station or dual V-mount battery power supply system.
No, the Godox LA600Bi and LA600R do not include light stands or softboxes in their standard box packages, but all compatible heavy-duty mounting gear can be purchased separately at CameraStuff:
