Common Dos and Don'ts
✓ Charge the grip fully before your first shoot - fresh batteries perform better and give accurate power readings
✓ Use the included cables rather than generic alternatives to ensure optimal power delivery and connection reliability
✓ Take advantage of the 160-degree tilt - it's brilliant for getting that perfect key light angle without contorting your wrist
✓ Keep the grip's mounting threads clean - a quick wipe with a dry cloth prevents threading issues
✗ Don't ignore the power indicators - running the battery to complete depletion can affect long-term battery health
✗ Don't overtighten when mounting lights - the grip's threads are robust but excessive force can cause damage
✗ Don't store the grip with a completely drained battery for extended periods - lithium batteries prefer partial charge storage
✗ Don't use the grip as a makeshift hammer or tool - it's precision equipment, not a workshop implement
