Godox BDR-S55 55cm Silver Beauty Dish Bowens Mount with Diffuser
Certified Importer & Seller Of Godox In South Africa
Product Description
The Godox BDR-S55 is a 55cm silver beauty dish designed to produce a semi-soft, high-contrast light that sits between direct flash and softbox diffusion. It is widely used in portrait, fashion, and beauty photography where controlled highlights and defined shadows are required.
Ideal for: Portrait, beauty, and fashion photographers who want crisp yet flattering light with strong subject definition
Standard softboxes can produce overly flat lighting, while direct flash can be too harsh. This beauty dish addresses that by using a central deflector to bounce light into the dish, creating a more even, circular light pattern with controlled contrast. The result is a distinctive look with soft falloff and defined highlights, ideal for shaping facial features.
The included diffusion cover softens the output further, allowing you to reduce contrast when needed while maintaining the characteristic beauty dish look. Its durable steel construction ensures long-term reliability in both studio and on-location setups.
