The CameraStuff Photo Video Sandbag is a saddlebag-style weight bag that stabilises light stands, tripods, and other support gear on set. Sand is not included.
Made from durable nylon with a double zipper to keep the filling secure, each pouch measures 25 x 25cm and holds up to 9kg of sand, gravel, nuts, bolts, or similar material. The saddlebag design drapes quickly over a stand's legs or base for fast placement and removal, and bright stitched orange stripes keep it visible on set to reduce tripping hazards.
Ideal for: photographers and videographers who need to weigh down light stands and tripods to prevent tipping during studio or location shoots.
Top-heavy lights and booms tip easily, especially on location or in a breeze. Draping this sandbag over the base adds ballast where it is needed, and the double zipper keeps the filling contained during setup and breakdown. Fill it with whatever you have on hand up to 9kg.
