The amaran Halo 60x is an ultra-compact 63W bi-colour COB LED monolight delivering up to 3,270 lux at 1 metre with CRI 96 colour accuracy and a Bowens mount, built for creators who need consistent, accurate light from a small fixture.
This slim point-source COB packs advanced features into a compact body, projecting through a wide native 85° beam angle. It delivers a brighter output than the previous COB 60x S in a slimmer design, with a 2,700K to 6,500K range that covers warm tungsten through to daylight scenes from a single light.
Ideal for: content creators, vloggers, and streamers, plus compact studio and on-location setups, interviews, and portrait lighting that needs accurate colour.
Small lights often trade away colour accuracy or flexibility, which shows up as off skin tones or the need for a separate warm and cool fixture. The Halo 60x avoids that with CRI 96, TLCI 97, and TM-30 94/102 ratings that keep skin tones and product colours true, and colour stays consistent across the full dimming range. Dual power lets you run it from an AC adapter or USB-C PD, so it fits both studio and travel setups, and the reinforced full-size Bowens mount accepts the full range of modifiers. Control it from the onboard TFT screen, the amaran app with one-tap NFC pairing, or over DMX via USB-C with an optional adapter. An active fan keeps it quiet at 28 dBA in smart mode, and nine built-in effects include paparazzi, lightning, TV, strobe, and fire.
