What's on sale
20% off sitewide. 35% off Top Picks. 50% off Clearance Sale items. Some brands and products are excluded from the sale.
Already-discounted items
Items that were already discounted, including Clearance Sale items, are not discounted again. Discounts don't combine.
Loyalty programme
Loyalty programme discounts are paused during Black November and can't be used from 1 to 30 November.
Gift cards and other discounts
All other discounts, promo codes and vouchers are paused during Black November. Standard CameraStuff gift cards and store credit vouchers can still be used.
Stock and holds
First-come, first-served while stocks last. No reserves, holds or laybys. Adding items to your cart or wishlist does not reserve stock.
Clearance Sale items
Clearance Sale items are final clearance and will not be restocked once sold out.
Sale amendments
Items may be added to or removed from specific sales segments at any moment. The advertised list of sale products is not necessarily final and may change without prior notice.

Stock moves fast across online and store sales. Please call us on 011 880 4155 during normal store hours to confirm stock before travelling to our Blairgowrie store.
Collections
You can choose to collect your order instead of having it delivered. We'll let you know when your order is ready. Orders not collected within 7 days of being ready will go back into stock, and you'll receive store credit for the amount paid.
Payment
EFT payments are made by instant EFT at checkout, so your order is confirmed straight away.
Partial stock fulfilment
If an item in a multi-product order is sold out, the available items are dispatched immediately and the unavailable item is refunded promptly. Entire orders won't be held back.
Delivery and dispatch
Free delivery on orders over R1,000 still applies. Dispatch may take an extra 1–3 business days during peak times.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are processed as normal, but please allow a few extra days during the sale. Refunds are paid back to the payment method you used. We don't offer store credit or exchanges instead of a refund, except for uncollected orders (see Collections).
Warranties and rights reserved
Standard manufacturer warranties apply to all purchases, including Clearance Sale items. CameraStuff reserves the right to modify the sale or cancel orders caused by pricing or inventory errors.
