Whether you're collecting your order in person or having it couriered to your doorstep, we've got all the info below to make the process clear and easy. If anything's still unclear, drop us a line - we're always happy to help.

  • Orders above R1000 qualify for free delivery
  • Orders under R1000 are charged based on delivery area
  • In-store collection is available from CameraStuff’s walk-in shop
  • Uber collections are allowed with clear handover guidelines
  • Cross-border purchases are accepted, but CameraStuff does not handle international shipping

Terms and Conditions

Courier Door-to-Door

  • We use a variety of couriers for door-to-door shipments
  • These deliveries are sent out from our Johannesburg branch on weekdays only
  • Small parcels may ship by air; larger ones go by road
  • Outer-lying areas may take longer (some are only covered weekly)
  • Delivered to your provided street address during business hours
  • If paid before midday, it ships the same day; otherwise, the next day
  • Insured until signed for

Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery times range from 2-4 business days
  • We, unfortunately, cannot guarantee delivery times
  • Couriers do not handle packages over weekends and public holidays
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
  • Bulky or oversized items may take longer to deliver
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, strikes, load shedding, or courier backlogs

  • A tracking number will be sent to your email address

Order Changes

  • Delivery addresses cannot be changed after the courier has picked up the parcel
  • Please ensure your delivery details are correct before completing your order
  • Orders can only be changed or cancelled before dispatch

Stock Availability

  • We try our best to keep our website up to date as far as stock quantities are concerned
  • However, if an item goes out of stock after ordering, you'll be contacted
  • You will have the option of a refund or waiting until we receive stock again

Failed Deliveries

  • Couriers may attempt delivery more than once
  • If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply
  • Parcels may be returned to us if delivery cannot be completed

Incorrect Address Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information
  • We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Split Shipments

  • Orders may be shipped in multiple parcels depending on stock location or item availability
  • You will be notified if your order is split into more than one shipment
  • No additional shipping charges will apply for split shipments

Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • Please inspect your parcel upon delivery before signing
  • If the parcel appears damaged, notify the courier immediately
  • Claims for damaged or missing goods must be reported within 3 days of delivery
  • All parcels are insured until signed for
  • If a parcel is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the courier
  • Resolution times depend on the courier's investigation process


In-store Collection

If you'd like to collect your order(s) at CameraStuff's walk-in shop, please notify us beforehand as to when you'd like to collect it.

Please select "Collection" from the delivery methods when prompted.

If somebody else is collecting on your behalf, please give the person collecting your order number as a reference.



Uber Collection

We allow Uber collections in-store. Let us know via WhatsApp or live chat when your driver is booked. Once the package is with the driver, we can't take further responsibility, but we'll do our best to ensure a smooth handover.

  • Preparation time: Allow 2 hours
  • Cut-off: Weekdays at 3 PM
  • No Uber collections on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays
  • Let us know when Uber is booked
  • Please keep us updated on its status
  • Client covers Uber fees
  • No insurance on Uber handovers
  • Pick-up location: 473 Jan Smuts Ave, Blairgowrie
  • Choose the right vehicle size for your parcel


Guidelines for Clients Purchasing from Outside South Africa

We accept cross-border purchases, but do not handle international shipping. These orders are treated as in-store sales.

  • Shipping: SA only. No border posts or export handling
  • Returns: Customer responsible for sending items back
  • VAT: No VAT-free invoices or refund assistance
  • Payments: Credit card preferred. SWIFT for orders over R5,000 (2-3 days)
  • SWIFT: Use "OUR" option. All fees covered by purchaser
  • Collection: Wait for confirmation before sending a driver
  • System limits: SA addresses only. Use WhatsApp/email for contact
  • Language: All communication is in English
