CameraStuff Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Registration and Participation:

• - Register for the CameraStuff affiliate program to obtain your unique affiliate code or referral ID.
• - Use your code in any CameraStuff URL you wish to promote, e.g., https://www.camerastuff.co.za/shop/?a_aid=yourcode.
• - For best practices, utilise the Deeplink Generator in your Affiliate Panel.

2. Promotion Guidelines:

• - Shorten your affiliate links using services like bitly.com for easy sharing.
• - Promotion via pay-per-click (PPC) advertising is allowed, but using CameraStuff's direct URL in Google ads is prohibited.
• - You may promote CameraStuff products on your website, blog, social media, forums, or through email, provided all promotions adhere to anti-spam policies.

3. Earning Commissions:

• - To earn a commission, clients must click on your affiliate link and complete an online purchase. -- In-store sales, pending orders, and using your own affiliate link for personal purchases do not qualify for commissions.
• - You will receive a 10% commission on the sale value, excluding VAT.
• - The last cookie will determine which affiliate earns the commission.

4. Tracking and Payments:

• - Our system logs the visitor's IP and places a cookie in their browser for tracking. If they return and purchase later, your referral will still be credited.

• - Commissions will be paid out once the balance reaches R500. Any balance below this threshold will be carried over to the next payment period.

• - Commissions are paid monthly, at the end of each month, provided the minimum payout threshold is met.

5. Behaviour and Compliance:

• - CameraStuff does not take responsibility for the behaviour of affiliates. Affiliates are expected to adhere to ethical marketing practices.
• - CameraStuff reserves the right to remove any affiliate from the program at our discretion, without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Activities:

• - Affiliates are prohibited from using deceptive methods, including but not limited to, click fraud, misleading ads, or cookie stuffing.

7. Brand Representation:

• - Affiliates must not make false claims about CameraStuff products and must always adhere to the branding guidelines provided in the Affiliate Panel.

8. Confidentiality Clause:

• - Affiliates agree to keep all non-public information, including affiliate terms and earnings, confidential.

9. Intellectual Property Rights:

• - Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use CameraStuff's trademarks, logos, and banners solely for promoting the program.

10. Compliance with Laws:

• - Affiliates must adhere to all relevant advertising laws and regulations, including GDPR for EU-based promotions.

11. Tax Obligations:

• - Affiliates are responsible for any taxes or charges related to their commissions.

12. Indemnification Clause:

• - Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold CameraStuff harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from their participation in the affiliate program.
